Job summary

Resideo seeks a Regulatory and Localization Project Manager to ensure documentation and packaging meet regulatory and certification requirements. You will collaborate with training, product, engineering, and regulatory bodies to plan and gather content for online and print materials, packaging, and training.

The role requires leading regulatory strategy, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring labels and certifications are accurate across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years working with product regulations and certifications in two or more areas (safety, home comfort, security, energy efficiency) for residential and light commercial markets.
• Experience with agency approval processes.
• Experience creating technical documentation and packaging with detailed regulatory and certification information.
• Experience with trademark and copyright requirements in technical literature.
• Experience working in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory compliance strategy for documentation and packaging.
• Ensure regulatory information is optimized for all product documentation.
• Collaborate with Resideo teams to follow regulatory compliance and translation processes.
• Track submissions to agencies and address feedback with cross-functional teams.
• Enable product resale in multiple regions through regulatory compliance and localization.
• Coach staff on agency compliance and translation processes.
