Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Manager, Regulatory Information & Content Management to lead global regulatory information, content and digital platforms across Business Units and Regions. You will shape the strategy, drive lifecycle governance, and enable data-driven regulatory decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, regulatory operations, information/content management, digital technology, or related discipline.
• Experience leading Regulatory Information Management, content management, document and submission management, or related enterprise digital capability in a regulated environment.
• Experience leading and developing employees and globally distributed teams.
• Experience partnering with technology organizations to implement, govern, enhance, or maintain business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead global regulatory information and content management, including digital platforms and submission management.
• Translate strategy into prioritized global capabilities and initiatives across regions.
• Oversee portfolio governance, delivery, and measurable outcomes for RIM and content management.
• Develop strategic initiatives, business cases, and governance for lifecycle management of regulatory content.
• Provide business ownership for assigned platforms and establish performance measures.
