Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Global Regulatory Environmental Engineer to provide regulatory guidance across the Global Seeds Business Platforms, supporting manufacturing, research locations, laboratories, and corporate functions.

The role emphasizes air emissions calculations, permitting, and environmental compliance oversight, with strong engineering and regulatory expertise required. Remote work options may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, Chemical or Environmental Engineering degree strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years’ prior work experience in a related Environmental Position.
• Prior work experience in a Manufacturing Environment is desired.

Responsibilities

• Work within Global EH&S Management Systems to ensure compliance.
• Perform Environmental Calculations (Air Emission) for Permitting.
• Prepare and submit Environmental Permit Applications for Global Operations.
• Negotiate Permits, Fines, and Regulatory Positions for the Business and Sites.
• Support Environmental Programs aligned with Corporate Sustainability goals.
• Lead or participate in multi-media environmental regulatory audits.
• Develop site-level Environmental Procedures with business units.
• Provide Environmental expertise for Change Management reviews.
• Guide Corrective Actions for Environmental compliance.
• Interpret and communicate Environmental Laws and regulations.
