Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Regulatory Counsel to support global regulatory and compliance matters across product, sustainability, supply chain, and government contracting. You will translate complex regulations into practical business guidance and collaborate with product, sales, operations, sustainability, and government affairs teams.

Hybrid role based in the U.S. with opportunities to influence regulatory strategies.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state, and eligible to join the Oregon Bar or register as in-house counsel in California.
3–8 years of legal experience in regulatory, compliance, environmental, product, supply chain, or related matters.

Responsibilities

Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance on product regulatory compliance and related matters.
Develop, implement, and improve compliance programs addressing product, sustainability, supply chain, and regulatory requirements.
Advise on government funding, incentive, and contracting opportunities.
Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate with product, sales, operations, sustainability, and government affairs teams on compliance initiatives.
Support the Ethics & Compliance program, including policies, due diligence, training, and investigations.
Identify, assess, and manage regulatory and compliance risks across global operations; assist in M&A due diligence and integration.
