You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and external bodies to ensure certifications and standards are met, with emphasis on continuous improvement and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive product compliance or regulatory affairs experience.
• Experience with certifications such as CE, UL, ETL, FCC, FDA/CDRH, laser, CSA, EAC/EAEU or others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global product compliance and market access strategies.
• Define regulatory requirements and roadmaps for new product programs.
• Embed compliance-by-design into planning, design reviews, risk assessments, and launches.
• Manage certification testing, submissions, approvals, renewals, and listings.
