You will oversee regulatory programs, ensure compliance, and coordinate with Sipcam Oxon on global registrations. The role requires extensive leadership, strategic thinking, and regulatory expertise in crop protection to drive timely product launches and maintain registrations across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, or a related field
• Master’s degree or PhD preferred
• 15-20 years of experience in Regulatory affairs
• 10-15 years of experience managing and overseeing federal and multi-state regulatory affairs
• 10+ years of experience leading teams of five or more employees, with coaching and mentoring

Responsabilités

• Lead the Regulatory Team and develop regulatory strategies to support growth
• Direct regulatory affairs for Sipcam Agro USA and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
• Develop and implement regulatory strategies with Sipcam Oxon for global active ingredients
• Partner with leadership to secure, register, and launch new products from third parties and Sipcam Oxon
• Prepare annual regulatory budget and business plan
