Sipcam Agro USA Inc, headquartered in Durham, North Carolina, seeks a Manager of Regulatory Affairs to lead the Regulatory department and implement strategies that support a five-year growth plan, maintaining registrations and securing new product registrations. The role coordinates with Sipcam Oxon and management to represent the company in regulatory committees and task forces.

You will lead the development of regulatory programs, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance across state and federal

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, or related field.
15–20 years of experience in Regulatory affairs.
10–15 years of experience managing federal and multi-state regulatory affairs.
10+ years of experience leading teams of five or more employees.

Responsabilités

Foster a strong team culture and provide guidance to the Regulatory Team.
Direct regulatory affairs for Sipcam Agro USA and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
Develop and implement regulatory strategies with Sipcam Oxon for global active ingredients.
Partner with leadership to secure, register, and launch new products from third parties and Sipcam Oxon.
Ensure all registration packages are submitted accurately and on time.
Develop relationships with EPA account managers and other regulators.
