Oath seeks a Global Regulatory Affairs Lead to define and execute a worldwide regulatory strategy for microbial products. The role emphasizes achieving and maintaining Freedom to Operate across US, EU, Middle East, Turkey, and Latin America with primary accountability for USDA/APHIS permitting.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in regulatory affairs within agricultural or microbial sectors, a Master’s in a related field, PMP is a plus, and can work remotely from the USA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of dedicated experience in Regulatory Affairs within agricultural, biostimulant, or microbial product sectors.
• Experience with USDA/APHIS, EU regulatory bodies, and local national authorities; strong network preferred.
• Master’s degree in a related scientific field.
• Project management certification (PMP) is a strong plus.
• Location: Home-based / Remote (USA-based preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term global regulatory roadmap, prioritizing efficient market-entry pathways.
• Oversee regional regulatory compliance activities and ensure consistent standards across geographies.
• Serve as primary global interface for major regulatory bodies; coordinate with regional leads and contractors.
• Monitor changes in global regulatory environments and adapt product strategies accordingly.
• Provide regulatory expertise to Business Development and R&D for global initiatives, labeling, and development.
• Establish global regulatory reporting standards and track submissions and milestones.
