Job summary

Oath is seeking a Global Regulatory Affairs Lead to define and execute a comprehensive global regulatory strategy for microbial products. You will manage US, EU and regional registrations, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions and coordinating with internal teams for smooth market entry.

This role requires 10+ years in Regulatory Affairs in agricultural/biostimulant sectors, with strong USDA/APHIS and EU regulatory experience. Home-based/remote work is supported, especially for USA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Regulatory Affairs within agricultural, biostimulant or microbial product sectors.
• Experience with US, Brazil and European markets is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory submissions and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global regulatory roadmap and strategies for market entry.
• Oversee regional regulatory compliance and harmonization across geographies.
• Serve as primary interface with major regulatory bodies and coordinate dossiers.
• Monitor changes in global regulations and advise on business impact.
• Provide regulatory insight to BD and R&D for global projects.
• Establish global regulatory reporting standards and governance.
