Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager to support new AWS region builds globally. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with service teams, infrastructure, and business development to design, plan, and deliver region launches, balancing technical trade-offs and business needs.

The role emphasizes program management, risk assessment, and scalable solution delivery, with a focus on customer impact and timely execution across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver new AWS regions across the globe with product teams.
• Design solutions that make efficient use of resources and technologies.
• Develop schedules to ensure timely launch of new regions.
• Assess risks, anticipate issues, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
