Job summary

FDH Aero is seeking a Recruiting Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment across the U.S. and EMEA, partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand talent needs and drive sourcing strategies. You will identify and attract qualified candidates for corporate, technical, commercial, and operational roles.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure compliant processes, and provide market insights while guiding the organization’s evolving workforce needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations.
  • 3+ years of Recruiting/Human Resources/Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Experience mentoring junior to mid-level staff.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Experience organizing/coordinating multiple projects.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
  • Knowledge of EEO requirements.
  • MUST pass skills assessment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to identify skills and qualities for each job.
  • Create detailed job descriptions aligned with organizational standards.
  • Utilize sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, networking, referrals and more.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
  • Consult with managers to review resumes and advise on candidates to move forward.
  • Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with candidates.
  • Conduct reference and background checks as needed.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status.
  • Partner with managers to extend offers and negotiate salaries/benefits.
  • Ensure a positive candidate interview experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

We Are Looking For

The Recruiting Partner will be responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment across a broad range of business functions throughout the U.S. and EMEA. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand current and future talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and identify and attract qualified talent across corporate, technical, commercial, and operational functions. The Recruiting Partner will serve as a trusted partner throughout the hiring process, providing recruiting expertise, market insights, and guidance to support the organization’s evolving workforce needs.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to identify the specific skills and qualities needed for each job, based on business objectives
  • Collaborate with HR Ops on detailed job descriptions that align with the organization’s standards and requirements
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to ensure candidates meet the basic qualifications for the role
  • Consult with hiring managers to review resumes and provide recommendations for which candidates to move forward in the process based on their skills, experience, and fit for the role
  • Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with potential candidates, in partnership with the hiring manager
  • Conduct reference and background checks, as needed, to verify employment history, job performance, and other relevant details
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR teams on recruitment progress and candidate status
  • Partner with hiring managers to extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate salaries and benefits packages
  • Ensure that candidates have a positive interview experience
  • Perform other duties assigned
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations
  • 3+ years of Recruiting/Human Resources/Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience mentoring junior to mid-level team staff
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Experience organizing/coordinating multiple projects
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems including ADP Workforce Now
  • Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)

Special Requirements
  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
