Authority Brands Inc. seeks a Rebates Analyst to join our growing Accounting and Finance team in Atlanta. You will analyze, monitor, and manage rebate programs, ensuring accurate calculation, processing, and reconciliation in accordance with contractual terms.

You will collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and IT to gather data, interpret contracts, and communicate findings, while continuously improving processes and supporting automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills are required.
• Experience with rebate management and data systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand rebate contracts to ensure accurate calculation and processing of rebates.
• Accurately and timely process rebate invoices with a focus on completeness
• Ensure compliance with rebate agreements, terms, and conditions.
• Communicate effectively to resolve issues related to rebate programs.
• Prepare reporting and analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and IT to gather data for rebates.
• Continuously improve rebate processes and implement automation where possible.
• Document workflows and maintain records for rebate programs.
