Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned head of global real estate to define and drive the corporate real estate strategy in support of DPS business priorities, footprint needs, and long-term growth. Qualifications

12+ years of corporate real estate experience or related fields.
Experience operating at global/ enterprise level within a complex org.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business priorities into real estate strategy.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience developing governance models and decision frameworks.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the global real estate strategy aligned to DPS priorities, footprint needs, and long-term growth objectives.
Lead portfolio-level planning, including scenario analysis, market trends, and strategic options to inform leadership decisions.
Ensure real estate strategy integrates workplace design standards and long-range master planning.
Own and operate the global RE governance model with clear decision rights and escalation paths.
Serve as business case approval authority for major real estate investments and initiatives.
Establish and track global RE KPIs and dashboards for performance visibility.
Provide leadership with data-driven insights on portfolio cost, utilization, and execution effectiveness.
Partner with Regional RE Delivery leaders, Property Services, Strategic Supplier Management, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Workplace teams.
Support enterprise transformations by providing strategy, governance, and execution guardrails.
