Job summary

The World Bank Group Internship Program offers undergraduate and postgraduate students a high impact learning experience at the heart of global development. The intern will support WBG Real Estate Governance and Oversight by reviewing governance documents, benchmarking methodologies, developing implementation tools, and preparing guidance

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or in the final year of a postgraduate program in Public Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration, Real Estate, Architecture, Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in development work and organizational governance, performance evaluation, or continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review governance documents, project records, and reports to understand current practices and opportunities for improvement.
• Benchmark program review methodologies used by international organizations and the private sector.
• Develop tools and guidance including templates and evaluation matrices for consistent application across the portfolio.
• Prepare guidance materials and an implementation roadmap to support adoption across WBGRE.
• Prepare presentations outlining the institutional adoption and evolution of the Real Estate Program Review Framework.
