THE WORLD BANK GROUP INTERNSHIP PROGRAM (BIP) 2025

In theWorld Bank Graduate Internship 2025, you will work at the forefront of development, sharingfresh ideas and new perspectivesto address global challenges. This program offers a chance to collaborate with project teams and contribute to advancing the Bank’s mission of creating aworld free of poverty on a livable planet. Through thisunique internship abroad, you will enrich your skills, expand yourprofessional network, and invest in yourcareer development journey.

  • Paid Global Internships for Graduate Students : The program pays an hourly salary to all interns.
  • Travel Expense Allowance: At the discretion of the manager, interns may receive reimbursement of up to USD 3,000 for transport expenses, such as airfare, to or from the duty station city.
  • Professional Growth Through World Bank Internships: Interns gain exposure to real-world challenges and projects at one of the world’s most prestigious international organizations.

Requirements/Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for theWorld Bank Internship Program 2025, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Hold an undergraduate degree and be enrolled in a full-timegraduate study program(master’s degree or PhD), with plans to return to school after the internship.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages such as French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Portuguese, or Chinese is highly desirable.Multilingual career opportunities in developmentare available for candidates with additional language skills.
  • Relevant Fields of Study:
    • Operations (Front Line): Economics, finance, public health, social sciences (anthropology, sociology), urban planning, engineering, environment, agriculture, natural resources management, and private sector development.
