Job summary

Jones Day seeks a motivated Practice Manager to join the Firm’s global Real Estate Practice. The role collaborates with Practice Leaders and lawyers to manage practice operations and execute initiatives.

You will support and drive Practice management, enabling the team to deliver premier client service across continents. The position requires leadership in coordinating with lawyers and staff, managing projects, and applying data-driven analysis to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including an eye for editing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with Practice Leaders in Practice management.
• Work cooperatively with lawyers and staff to advance Practice initiatives.
• Identify, lead, and own defined short- and long-term projects.
• Drive ad hoc initiatives with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
