Job summary

Jones Day, a global law firm, seeks a motivated Practice Manager for the Firm’s Real Estate Practice. This role sits at the intersection of practicing lawyers and practice-specific administrative functions, in a collaborative team-based environment that delivers excellent service to lawyers, practices, the firm and clients.

You will support and collaborate with Practice Leaders, lead defined projects, and work with lawyers and staff to advance initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
Excellent written and oral communication, with editing skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and general Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

Support and collaborate with Practice Leaders in their Practice management.
Work cooperatively with lawyers and staff to advance Practice initiatives.
Lead defined and ad hoc short- and long-term projects.
Provide administrative functions for the Real Estate Practice in a collaborative setting.
