Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior Project/Program Manager to lead complex real estate initiatives across multiple markets and asset types. You will drive delivery excellence, manage client relationships at the executive level, and guide teams through planning, design, construction, and occupancy stages.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop standardized processes, and provide portfolio-level reporting to optimize schedule, budget, and risk.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in real estate/project/program management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects across markets.
• Experience with full real estate lifecycle (planning, design, construction, occupancy).
• Track record with diverse stakeholders and communicating with executives.
• Experience across multiple markets, preferably globally.
• Knowledge of real estate development processes, approvals and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving connecting strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive efficiency and standardize delivery across concurrent projects.
• Serve as the single point of contact for program delivery and define goals.
• Manage diverse project types—from workplace transformations to development initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients to define goals for large-scale portfolios spanning markets and asset types.
• Develop and implement standardized processes, playbooks and tools for cross-functional partnerships.
• Provide consolidated reporting across schedule, budget, risk and opportunities.
