Job summary

A leading investment technology firm in Dallas is looking for a Manager of Fund Administration to oversee fund accounting and reporting for Private Equity and Real Estate clients. This role involves managing a team of accountants, enhancing operational workflows, and engaging with clients to ensure excellent service. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of fund accounting experience and strong leadership skills. Compensation includes a base salary range of $130,000–$140,000 USD and various benefits such as health insurance and unlimited vacation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of fund accounting experience in private equity, venture capital and/or real estate funds required.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with fund-level accounting and reporting including complex fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead making strategic decisions regarding team buildout and operational policies.
• Identify product development opportunities and interface directly with clients.
• Oversee annual audits and provide guidance on recent accounting developments.
