Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years’ experience in real estate operations. Responsibilities include managing the lease lifecycle, maintaining records, and serving as the primary contact for landlords.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in real estate operations or lease administration.
• Strong understanding of commercial leases and lease lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lease lifecycle including renewals, terminations, and tracking.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords.
• Coordinate subleasing efforts and manage compliance.
