Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Manager on the Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Business Partnering team to act as a strategic partner for AI and Security units. The role focuses on aligning real estate strategies with business objectives, delivering data-driven insights, and shaping executive-level real estate narratives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead strategic initiatives to drive value across regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner across enterprise partners to support executive leaders in managing ambiguity while inspecting consequences and trade-offs.
• Build systems and tracking mechanisms to deliver agreed upon SLAs.
• Establish rhythm of business for each org, integrating GREF into business-level planning and cadence.
• Implement reporting mechanisms to support leaders with data, analytics, metrics, and research to inform decisions.
• Lead and deliver S-team executive-level real estate presentations, recommendations, and business cases.
