The role requires strategic leadership, strong financial modelling, and experience managing large-scale properties while ensuring compliance and sustainability across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global real estate transactions within manufacturing or engineering context.
• Ability to build business cases for large-scale property decisions.
• Extensive experience in lease negotiations, site selection, and facilities management.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with portfolio optimization expertise.
• Ability to lead large real estate transactions while driving cost efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global real estate strategy aligned with growth and operations.
• Oversee site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and portfolio optimization.
• Model leases, buy decisions, relocations, and asset dispositions to maximize value.
• Ensure competitive lease renewals and risk protections for the organization.
• Monitor occupancy trends and plan long-term space utilization; support spin-offs and mergers.
• Lead a global real estate team and manage external vendors across FM, construction, and transactions.
