Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience across corporate real estate, operations, finance, or large-scale program delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading global programs, governance routines in complex matrix environments, with strong knowledge of real estate fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to GRE leadership, providing end-to-end controls oversight and issue management.
• Identify, escalate, and drive remediation of control gaps and issues; ensure action plans are completed and results sustained.
• Assess control design and operating effectiveness; improve efficiency, capabilities, and long-term performance.
• Run monthly and quarterly governance routines and deliver clear management reporting.
• Partner with audit and testing teams during control testing and internal audit activity to support strong outcomes.
• Manage required control management responsibilities for GRE property management function, certifications, attestations, and reporting requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of direct reports across a broad controls portfolio, while aligning with stakeholders.
• Establish operating rhythms, resourcing models, role clarity, escalation paths, and performance measures for a global organization.
• Promote transparency, disciplined execution, operational rigor, and cross-regional knowledge sharing.
• Strengthen organizational capability through talent assessment and leadership development.
