Job summary

UNICEF seeks a motivated intern to support the Programme Strategy and Coordination (PSC) Hub within the Global Programme Division. You will help document REACH workflows, manage performance data, and build dashboards and reports that inform decision-making across headquarters, regional, and country offices.

Work will involve data cleaning, visualization, and presenting insights to stakeholders, contributing to performance monitoring and continuous improvement in a global development context.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or recent completion of a university degree in data analytics, statistics, economics, information management, or related field.
• Experience with Excel is required; Power BI or Tableau is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support development and documentation of REACH workflows and reporting materials.
• Compile and validate performance data for dashboards and metrics.
• Develop dashboards and visual products covering key indicators.
• Prepare analyses, briefings, and management reports for PSC Hub.
• Monitor data quality and address data gaps with focal points.
• Assist in translating data findings into actionable insights.
