Job summary

You will ensure ongoing therapy access and maintain strong relationships with providers to support continuity of care. The role emphasizes case management, reimbursement navigation, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid Boston-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• 4+ years in case management or similar patient support/healthcare role (biopharma/rare disease preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient service and case manage steps to access therapy.
• Liaise with medical offices to provide timely updates on patient treatment status.
• Work with specialty pharmacies and insurers to obtain reimbursement information.
• Counsel patients on reimbursement options and manage patient assistance requests.
