Chiesi Global Rare Diseases is seeking a Lead, Patient Support Services to oversee the Patient Services Case Management team in a hybrid Boston-based role. You will ensure compliant, high-quality case management and patient experience across the access journey.

The role requires 8+ years in management within patient support or healthcare, expertise in reimbursement landscapes, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office; collaboration with multiple cross-functional groups is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8+ years of direct management experience in a patient support or healthcare management role (biopharmaceutical industry/ rare disease preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Expertise in Patient Services and Call center operations.
• Expertise in reimbursement/policy landscape and communicating complex scenarios to patients and professionals.

Aufgaben

• Lead and directly manage the Patient Services Case Management team.
• Oversee day-to-day case management activities and workload distribution.
• Coach and develop Case Managers with ongoing feedback.
• Conduct regular case reviews and quality monitoring.
• Serve as escalation point for complex patient access and reimbursement issues.
• Ensure consistent patient and caregiver support throughout access and treatment journey.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve patient access barriers.
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate CRM enhancements and workflow improvements for the team.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and privacy policies are followed.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of Case Managers.
