Job summary

Sanofi US is seeking a Global Rare Diseases TA Head, LSDs and Cablivi, to lead global portfolio strategy and P&L across markets. You will drive brand strategy, launch planning, and cross-functional collaboration with markets and global functions to maximize value and patient access.

You’ll build a high-performing team, manage global launches, and ensure continuity of care while advancing the LSD portfolio in key countries. This role requires strong leadership and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MS/PhD preferred for life sciences.
• Extensive pharma industry experience across functions such as sales, marketing, MA, BD, NPP.
• Leadership experience with brand/portfolio strategies in US/key markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive global P&L accountability and financial planning for LSDs and Cablivi brands.
• Define brand strategies and position Sanofi as leader in LSDs and rare diseases across markets.
• Lead global launches and cross-functional coordination to maximize portfolio value.
• Transform LSD business with aligned OPEX and optimized go-to-market models; AI-generated content.
• Oversee supply and demand discussions to ensure continuity of care and prevent stockouts.
