Sanofi in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a Manager for Franchise Operations Global Rare Diseases to help drive operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration across the franchise. You'll manage calendars, prepare communications, support town halls, coordinate with Corporate Communications, and help with onboarding and team development.

This role offers exposure to global rare disease initiatives and the chance to impact patient outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in teams and in large group settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and direction.
• Travel approximately 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Project Management: Support the Franchise Operations team with ad hoc, time-bound priority projects.
• Meeting Coordination: Coordinate town halls and employee engagement activities; capture key insights and follow-up.
• Franchise Operations and Internal Communications: Manage the Franchise calendar; update distribution lists; manage the global rare diseases mailbox; support Product Review Board submissions; partner with Corporate Communications; coordinate with Graphic Design hub; oversee franchise-wide data processes.
• Onboarding & Team Development: Deploy onboarding resources; develop and facilitate engagement opportunities for the Global Rare Franchise.
• Communications & Stakeholder Management: Support internal communications strategy; facilitate cross-functional collaboration; manage the Franchise SharePoint & Teams site.
