Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a RAM Detection Strategy Senior Engineer / Principal Engineer. You will lead global RAM detection strategy across RDA and Metrology, defining BKMs, roadmaps, and deployment, while driving cross-site alignment to improve yield and manufacturing excellence at scale.

You will partner with HVM, TD, and procurement to align solutions with manufacturing needs and support governance activities across TOR, MOR and MTEP processes. Relocation details are to be determined.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in RDA and/or Metrology in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience managing technical projects or programs with timelines and deliverables.
• Ability to collaborate across multi-functional and cross-site teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally for extended assignments.

Responsabilités

• Lead global RAM Detection strategy across RDA and Metrology with BKMs and roadmaps.
• Standardize practices across NAND and DRAM fabs and track compliance.
• Lead Detection SWAT and CST teams, manage timelines and cross-site alignment.
• Develop metrics to benchmark performance and drive improvements.
• Mentor engineers, allocate resources, and remove execution barriers.
• Plan supplier evaluations and TOR promotions with demo and H2H activities.
• Coordinate with HVM, TD, Process Integration, Operations and Global Procurement.
• Support RAM governance activities and documentation alignment.
