Johnson Health Tech is seeking a Project Engineer II or Senior Project Engineer to lead electrical hardware design and coordinate cross-functional teams across global locations. You will control schedules, costs, specs, and stakeholder communications to deliver innovative products.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (ABET) and 4+ years of relevant experience, including embedded hardware or motor drive systems, with international travel and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited institution.
• 4+ years in electrical hardware design or related field; senior level may require greater scope.
• Technical project management and hands-on troubleshooting experience.
• Two+ years in embedded hardware design or AC/DC motors, generators, and drive systems.
• Experience with PCB layout and basic EMC/EMI knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Serve as communication lead between NA and Asia Electrical Engineering teams.
• Provide design feedback, technical analysis, and troubleshooting support.
• Manage tasks, schedules, costs, specs, and cross‑global communications.
• Lead and participate in design reviews across development processes.
• Evaluate designs and support prototype testing to reduce risks and improve performance.
• Translate product requirements into actionable technical tasks for R&D.
• Coordinate electrical system and hardware design activities including software collaboration.
• Communicate with overseas teams, occasionally outside standard hours.
• Travel internationally 2–4 times per year to Taiwan/China facilities.
