Job summary

This remote, full-time role requires EU/UK work eligibility and up to 25% travel. You will drive governance, enablement, and long-term customer value across a dynamic, regulated SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise-scale R&D or GxP technology programs in Pharma.
• Deep understanding of Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Safety, Quality, or Manufacturing.
• Proven consulting expertise supporting enterprise pharma clients.
• Experience leading global multi-system implementations with measurable impact.
• Strategic roadmaps that modernize operations and enable transformation.
• Executive communication and stakeholder alignment across diverse groups.
• Based in Denmark and able to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the successful execution of complex, multi-functional Global R&D Vault implementations (Clinical, Regulatory, Safety).
• Forge trusted-advisor relationships with customer IT and business executives to define and secure buy-in for long-term transformation roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams—Sales, Product, Strategy, Services—to deliver unified, outcome-driven programs.
• Champion growth by negotiating and leading services contracts and implementation proposals.
• Act as governance leader by anticipating risks, resolving challenges, and inspiring cross-team excellence.
• Oversee smooth transitions from implementation to post-deployment operations and enablement teams.
• Communicate proactively with executive clarity to align stakeholders at all levels.
