Nestlé USA is hiring a Quality and Technical Application Group Manager to lead end‑to‑end quality and technical applications for water and beverage products. You will drive governance, supplier quality, and regulatory readiness across multiple facilities and markets.

You will manage the Quality and Technical Applications team, collaborate with cross‑functional partners, oversee FDA compliance, and champion a strong quality mindset across product development, packaging, and launch activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• In-depth understanding of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems, HACCP, FSMA, and FDA regulations.
• At least 10 years of progressive Quality and Food Safety experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs involving external manufacturing and supplier quality.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Quality and Technical Applications teams, set priorities, and allocate resources.
• Provide technical applications, product development, and packaging support for innovation and renovation.
• Oversee governance for co-manufacturers and suppliers to ensure Food Safety and Quality Compliance.
• Serve as quality partner for products imported/exported to/from the United States, including FDA interactions.
• Manage investigations of consumer and regulatory complaints with timely escalation.
• Represent the company on FDA registrations, permits, inspections, and related compliance matters.
• Recommend supplier and project actions based on risk and quality standards.
