Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific discipline is required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and QA systems (HACCP, GMPs, allergen controls).
• Experience leading quality programs and audits in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities across factory production aligned with Nestlé Quality Systems.
• Monitor quality metrics, report results, and drive improvements.
• Promote quality awareness across the value chain and ensure audit readiness.
• Support supplier quality management through audits and corrective actions.
• Lead KPI reviews and drive achievement of facility goals.
