What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the key quality expert for our manufacturing sites, driving alignment with global standards and strategies.
• Champion process standardization across all plants, implementing best practices for inspection, testing, and containment.
• Lead cross‑functional problem‑solving using structured methods like 8D and 5‑Why to identify root causes and prevent future issues.
• Use your analytical skills to monitor key quality metrics, turning data into actions that reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction.
• Play a vital role in new product launches by ensuring manufacturing readiness and supporting customer quality activities, including PPAP submissions.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, customer, or supplier quality role.
• Deep expertise in quality systems (ISO/IATF), structured problem‑solving (8D, 5‑Why), and core quality tools (PPAP, NPD).
• A proven ability to drive standardization and coordinate improvements across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a willingness to travel globally as needed.
