Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead advanced quality and reliability activities across NPD and product support projects. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will collaborate with global teams and cross-functional partners to ensure stringent quality standards and robust reliability analyses.

You will use Minitab, ReliaSoft, and Six Sigma tools to drive improvements, conduct risk assessments, and guide supplier development for high-performance heavy-duty products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field, plus 5 years of related work experience.
• Strong background in statistical analysis and methodologies.
• Working knowledge of quality/reliability applications such as Minitab and ReliaSoft.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Nice to have experience: Six Sigma, Auditing, Plant Quality, PowerBI, Test Development

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced quality and reliability activities across projects.
• Coordinate QC mitigation and supplier development for NPD.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure readiness of launches.
• Perform reliability analysis using Weibull, ANOVA, and other statistical tools.
• Identify process improvements and corrective actions.
• Monitor field product feedback to assess risk.
