Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive quality experience on capital projects.
• Owner-side experience with a major IOC for a sustained period.
• In-depth procurement quality experience: source inspection & supplier surveillance.
• In-depth construction quality experience with on-site quality management.
• Quality management focus with QA/program planning over QC.
• Understanding of engineering quality within the project lifecycle.

Aufgaben

• Lead rollout of a new quality program across Brownfield sites, starting in the U.S. Gulf Coast and expanding internationally.
• Align sites to the program's quality standards and technical framework.
• Assess site quality maturity and tailor support with hands-on guidance as needed.
• Identify site quality resource needs and help staff their quality organizations.
• Define upfront QA/QC requirements across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Guide procurement quality programs, including vendor shop surveillance.
• Communicate procurement and construction quality risks to project teams.
• Apply field QA/QC experience to strengthen site practices and management.
• Support sites through change management for the new program.
• Build alignment across multinational teams with diverse cultures.
