Job summary

G&W Electric is seeking a Quality Project Manager to develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management Program across global operations. You will lead Change Management and Continuous Improvement initiatives, oversee the project portfolio, and ensure effectiveness of improvements.

The role also supports audits, QMS, product certifications, and supplier quality initiatives. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in engineering, 5 years of experience, and strong analytical skills with a PMP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Project management and leadership experience including planning, communications, schedule and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee CM&R and CII project portfolio.
• Manage high-priority quality improvement projects from initiation through implementation.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to resolve systemic quality issues.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure timely milestones.
• Provide governance for CM&R and CII portfolio and validate completion.
• Develop and maintain project management processes, reporting tools, templates, and repositories.
• Support Quality Management Review meetings with status updates and action follow-ups.
• Coordinate activities to optimize resources and project execution.
• Support audits, QMS maintenance, documentation, product certifications, ETQ administration, metrics, and supplier quality initiatives.
