HTGlobalcircuits, LLC is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the Quality Management System across domestic facilities and offshore PCB partners. You will lead Quality Engineers, drive continuous improvement in product and supplier quality, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100.

The role collaborates with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to prevent recurrence of issues.

Formación

• 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001; AS9100 experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis, corrective action, and quality improvement.
• Experience leading or developing Quality Engineers or other quality personnel.
• Supplier quality experience preferred.
• PCB manufacturing experience and IPC knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System to ensure ISO 9001, AS9100, customer requirements, and industry standards compliance.
• Manage document control, procedures, work instructions, forms, and quality records.
• Coordinate audits, corrective actions, Management Review, and quality-related training.
• Ensure procedures reflect current processes and are practical and effective.
• Collaborate with factory Quality Engineers and manufacturing teams to improve yield and reduce defects.
• Monitor quality performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, SPC, and FMEA.
• Ensure corrective actions address root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Support process controls, inspection standards, and manufacturing procedures improvements.
• Lead the Supplier Quality Engineering team for offshore PCB partners.
• Monitor supplier performance through scorecards, defects, and corrective actions.
• Work with suppliers and SQEs to resolve recurring problems and implement preventive improvements.
• Coordinate supplier audits, corrective-action verification, and supplier development.
• Support qualification and evaluation of new manufacturing partners.
• Provide direction to Quality Engineers supporting domestic and offshore activities.
• Ensure customer complaints are investigated promptly and actions completed.
• Work cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
