Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) seeks a quality systems specialist to support end users, shape QMS design with Global Process Owners, and lead validation activities in a regulated environment. You will develop training, ensure compliance, and drive data analysis initiatives across departments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years in quality management systems, with strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Quality Management, Engineering, Life Science or Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management systems within a regulated industry.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end users with process and system usage questions; liaise with TDS or vendors.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners to shape QMS design and improvements.
• Lead validation and testing activities; author PQ scripts and support execution.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with company policies.
• Develop and deliver training on quality systems, procedures, and best practices.
• Support dashboards, ad hoc data extraction, and data analysis.
