Job summary

Expeditors is seeking a Quality Management System and Business Operations professional in the Peabody district to monitor QA, generate operational reports, and support GDP compliance across facilities. The role requires GDP certifications within six months, strong data analysis, and experience with Power BI, Excel, and related tools.

You will collaborate across departments to improve processes and training.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with professional oral and written communication skills.
• GDP Certification within 6 months of appointment.
• GDP Auditing Certification within 6 months of appointment.
• Global logistics knowledge, healthcare product distribution awareness.
• Experience with process mapping and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and provide QA on district solutions and processes.
• Create reports for product/operational departments.
• Prepare internal status and analytical reports.
• Quantify productivity of each solution or tool.
• Map processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform data analysis using Expeditors system tools.
