Danone North America in West Jordan, Utah, seeks a Quality & Food Safety Director to lead site quality and food safety strategy across manufacturing operations. You will partner with plant and corporate leadership to drive regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and a best-in-class quality culture while building leadership capability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in food science or microbiology, 10+ years in quality within food/beverage manufacturing, and strong leadership,

• Root cause analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead site's Quality & Food Safety strategy and performance.
• Champion a culture where food safety and quality are embedded in every process.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GFSI/FSSC 22000, and other standards.
• Oversee laboratory, sanitation, metrology, and product release processes.
• Drive KPI performance and manage corrective actions.
