Job summary

Coilcraft, Inc. invites an experienced Director of Quality to lead global quality strategy and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

You will partner with engineering, operations, purchasing, and leadership to set quality objectives, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance metrics. Successful canddiate will have 10–15 years in quality leadership, ISO/TS16949 experience, and strong manufacturing background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive quality leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading quality systems in an ISO/TS16949 environment.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Experience reviewing, negotiating, and administering customer and supplier quality agreements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality strategy and continuous improvement across a global multi-site manufacturing organization.
• Promote a culture of quality and operational excellence throughout the company.
• Establish quality objectives and ensure compliance targets are achieved.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and purchasing to define product and supplier quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards and applicable regulations.
• Develop and maintain quality systems, procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Analyze quality performance metrics and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead internal quality audits and coordinate customer and third-party audits.
• Develop and deliver quality-related training across the organization.
• Supervise quality personnel and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as the primary liaison for customer quality concerns and corrective actions.
• Prepare statistical reports and communicate quality performance to leadership.
