Job summary

Caddell Construction is seeking a Quality Control Manager for international projects. The role requires administering the QC program, coordinating with owners and regulators, inspecting and testing materials, and ensuring compliance with contract documents.

Travel to various locations is required as part of full-time duties. The candidate should have a strong background in quality control or project management, with a high school diploma and engineering/construction management education

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma/GED with 10 years experience in quality control or project management.
• A four-year degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.
• Should be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance or able to obtain one.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus computer skills with Office and web tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract compliance and QC system implementation on the assigned project.
• Identify QC problems and provide solutions, ensuring no concealment of deficiencies.
• Ensure adherence to company QC standards and report issues to management.
• Liaise with owner, regulatory bodies, subcontractors, and internal teams on QC matters.
• Plan, perform, schedule, and witness inspections and testing; monitor construction activities.
