Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Quality Pillar within the Global Standards & Customer Excellence (GSCE) organization. You will own end-to-end benchmarking for FPY and Stow Buffer Compliance, drive CBRS-based KPI methodology, and scale new quality metrics across multiple regions and business units.

You will partner with Operations, ACES, BIE, and Finance to ensure accurate benchmarks, automate validation tooling, and deliver operator-friendly insights that

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end benchmarking portfolio for the Quality Pillar including FPY, Stow Buffer Compliance, and new metrics.
• Drive benchmarking methodology for quality KPIs and quarterly benchmark generation.
• Design studies to identify root causes and drive measurable quality improvements.
• Expand quality benchmarks to new regions and business units with localization of data and alignment.
• Own Road to CBRS for quality metrics and translate benchmarks into actionable insights.
• Partner with ACES, BIE, and Finance to ensure accurate, equitable benchmarks.
• Define upstream KPI signals for the Risk Engine and support data integration.
• Build AI-powered validation tooling and self-service analytics for operators.
• Present insights and methodology to senior leadership and stakeholders.
