Job summary

Roche seeks a Strategy Enabling Lead - mQMS Portfolio Manager to shape and drive the global quality management system strategy. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
7+ years in Portfolio, Program, or Enterprise-level Resource & Release Management within a complex, regulated environment.
Portfolio governance frameworks, intake models, and capacity planning experience.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise portfolio governance and strategic alignment across global QMS/mQMS.
Design and maintain the master portfolio release pipeline to optimize capacity and reduce disruption.
Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Training, and Operations to translate requirements into roadmaps.
Facilitate prioritization sessions with executive stakeholders and functional leads.
