Job summary

Roche seeks a Strategy Enabling Lead – mQMS Portfolio Manager to shape and execute the global quality management system roadmap. You will orchestrate portfolio governance, release sequencing, and capacity planning across the DIA Partners, QA, and Regulatory domains, ensuring value delivery with minimal disruption.

You will bridge strategy and operations, aligning senior leaders to a cohesive plan, while driving continuous improvement and data-driven decision making across a complex matrix

Qualifications

• 7+ years of portfolio, program, or enterprise-level release management experience
• Certification in Portfolio or Project Management is highly desirable
• Experience partnering with cross-functional SMEs in a matrix organization
• Ability to translate complex requirements into sequenced roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Establish unified global change and continuous improvement portfolio across the global quality management system
• Design and maintain master portfolio release pipeline to prevent overlapping deployments
• Partner with QA, Regulatory, IT to map end-to-end workflows and evaluate capacity constraints
• Deliver portfolio health metrics, dependency maps, and risk analyses to leadership
• Guide teams through portfolio transformation in an Agile matrix environment
