Job summary

Acronis, Inc. is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to define and lead the global quality strategy across its product portfolio.

You will provide dotted-line leadership to ~150 QA engineers across 10 product teams and drive AI-enabled testing and modernization of QA capabilities. You will prepare executive-level reports and dashboards for C-level stakeholders and champion a culture of efficiency, innovation, and customer value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in QA, Quality Engineering, or Software Testing.
• 7+ years in QA leadership across multiple products and global teams.
• Experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and modern SDLC practices.
• Strong ability to communicate and present to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a global quality strategy across product portfolios.
• Govern quality standards, processes, tools, and governance across product lines.
• Drive AI-enabled testing, automation, and risk assessment initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level quality reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure quality across releases.
