Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret documents and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with purchasing processes and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, availability, and delivery schedules and maintain relationships.
  • Utilize SAP ERP to prepare and process purchase orders and monitor status for timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with Accounting, Logistics, and Receiving to manage payments and importation of goods.
  • Track inventory levels and align with current demand, bookings, and trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in training and development.
