• Ability to communicate with suppliers and coordinate with accounting, logistics, and receiving teams.
• Experience using SAP ERP for purchase orders and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Supplier communication to obtain quotes, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Process purchase orders in SAP and monitor status for timely delivery.
• Assist with inventory tracking and maintaining records of purchases and supplier performance.
• Maintain shipment documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
