Milwaukee Valve Company is looking for a Customer Data and Pricing Administrator to join our New Berlin, WI team in Inside Sales Department. This is a salaried-exempt position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities to which competency will be measured include the following:



  • Enter, update, and maintain customer and pricing data with a high degree of accuracy in company systems and records.

  • Create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets to support pricing, reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making.

  • Support administrative and analytical activities as assigned.

  • Review data for completeness and accuracy, identify discrepancies, and take appropriate corrective action.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and support operational and contractual requirements.

  • Maintain organized documentation and adhere to established processes for data integrity and record retention.

Education and Experience – High school or equivalent, two-year associate degree preferred. Experience working with SAP or a comparable enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Previous professional experience in data entry, quotation support, sales support, or a related administrative or analytical role.


Language Skills - Strongwritten, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.


Mathematical Skills – Excel capabilities, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis


Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


Computer Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, include excel, work, copilot, and outlook. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP preferred
